Espresso Builder

The Espresso Builder, customized for your menu, sets us apart from your other POS choices. Drink orders are fast and accurate and can print near your barista. This is where the majority of your transactions will start, and allows you to build custom drinks for order efficiency and inventory tracking.

Building custom drinks using the Espresso Builder allows you to choose up to 5 sizes and 19 drink types as well as unlimited modifiers. The system maintains the number of shots in a drink according to your menu and allows it to be changed using our custom Shots area. Adding charge and non-charge items is simple using our Modifier and Flavor list options. Popular additions can be put in our Extras column for easy access.

Track your cup inventory and individual drink components using our Recipe Level Inventory option. Count cups, track general milk usage, and maintain espresso levels to minimize labor costs for ordering and tracking Inventory levels.

Customizable Button Screens

Five additional screens of up to 66 customizable buttons allow you to organize a menu to your specifications. Screen or tab names and column headings are changed to reflect your options, whether you offer paint-your-own-pottery, gift baskets, t-shirts or an extensive lunch, dinner and dessert menu. The system is versatile and, after our initial menu preparation, you will find it easy to maintain for your changing needs.

Create buttons with a distinct color scheme for ease-of-use. Track inventory on individual items, and create recipes for items with multiple components for detailed Cost-of-Goods reporting.

Register Screen

The Register Screen allows you to double check your order for accuracy and apply discounts. You can also manage past tickets, customer accounts and save orders from this versatile screen.

Assigning discounts is as simple as touching the % sign to give a percentage discount. You also have the ability to delete items, change the quantity, or Queue the order to be paid at a later time. This is convenient for customers who are running tabs, or call-in orders.

Past Tickets can be accessed here to add tips, reprint a ticket, or return an item. Paid Out and No Sale transactions require an explanation that will be tracked in our comprehensive reporting. Access Customer accounts and create Multiple Gift Cards at one time from the Register Screen.

Customer Maintenance

Unlike other Stored Value Cards no leasing of additional terminals, monthly fees, dial up authorization or waiting for funds to transfer is required. Drive up your average ticket sales, reduce your customer’s time in line, and enjoy the security of reduced fraud possibilities.

Our fully integrated Gift and Loyalty Card system is an invaluable customer retention tool for your business. Customer cards are printed with your store’s logo or text on plastic magnetic swipe cards. The system allows you to use these cards as Prepaid Account cards, Loyalty cards, or Gift cards.

Customer Prepaid Accounts allow you to accept any dollar amount in advance, allowing the customer to charge purchases on subsequent visits saving you credit card fees and increasing your customer service speed. Cards can be reloaded indefinitely.

Gift Cards enable an increased customer base, and can be converted to turn a new customer into a loyal, return customer.

Frequent Buyer tracking automatically tracks the customer’s purchases allowing automatic accumulation of free coffees as they purchase drinks.

Set Options – Setup System Screen

Our ability to customize your system does not stop at your menu, but allows you to build the system features to your preferences. Create your own Loyalty Program requirements, choose from different levels of security and choose your most popular drink for faster ordering.

Control your employee access, require cash accountability and regulate promotions on customer accounts. Use the Options to require employee tip entry and customize closing procedures. These are just a few of the options available to you when customizing your system.

These options create a compatible system for an existing store, making the transition stress-free for your employees. New business owners will find the same features comforting as you train new employees.

Sales Report

Our comprehensive reporting allows you to view cash, sales and inventory history in multiple combinations of data.

Use our Cash Management reports to handle each cash drawer, and export your data to QuickBooks. Use monitoring reports to view each time a Void, discount or No Sale was done with all the details for your peace of mind.

Our Sales Management reports give you graphic views of your customer flow and sales per hour, to manage average ticket costs and reduce un-needed labor.

Inventory Management contains resources for receiving inventory, ordering items, and tracking adjustments.

Sales by the Hour

This report offers a graphic visual of your sales, broken up over the day. This versatile report can be run for a time period, or to include only certain days of the week.

Customers by the Hour

This report offers a graphic visual of the number of customers, broken up over the day. This versatile report can be run for a time period, or to include only certain days of the week.

Z Report

A ‘Z’ is a report that originates with manual cash registers. This report is the report that represents all of the totals for the drawer, or in CSM, the Shift.

The purpose of the Z report is twofold. The top portion of the Z report is used to reconcile the amount of cash in the drawer at the end of the shift. It is necessary to prepare the daily deposit and verify credit card charges. The bottom portion of the Z report is used to track daily sales, sales tax collected, and the activity on prepaid accounts.

All of this information will export easily into Quickbooks as well.

Inventory Reporting

Multiple Inventory reports allow you to view your current inventory items, cup counts, inventory levels, and recommended reorders.

Cost of Goods

Our detailed inventory system allows you to enter components for your individual coffee drinks, enabling you to get an accurate Cost of Goods report. Enter your individual drink recipes including cups, syrups and espresso to accurately track your profits.

Timeclock

Our integrated timeclock allows your employees to check in and out conveniently within the software. Your employees can enter an employee ID and password or use our convenient Employee Cards to enter their employee information in the timeclock. There is even an option on the register screen to access the timeclock, allowing timeclock functionality even in the middle of a transaction.

The timeclock feature creates accurate reporting, and allows for tip entry for your accounting purposes.

Inventory Maintenance

Our inventory system allows multiple options for each inventory record. Your menu items can be modified to prompt for quantity, price or modifiers. They can also be set to print on a specified printer for quicker order ticket delivery.

Our inventory is convenient for receiving and tracking inventory levels. You can enter your receiving inventory such as cases, and sell items by the unit, for example by the bottle. This creates a smooth receiving system, and seamless inventory tracking.

Employee Hours Summary

Our integrated time clock, allows you to produce payroll reports through the system. This report calculates the total hours worked, during a specified date range. You can enter a pay rate in each employee record and calculate your gross payroll. This report includes military time or a standard hour and minute format, and includes overtime information.
