More cost effective than a large scale generic restaurant software, our program runs on a Pentium 100 or higher PC, requires little hard drive space, and uses industry standard touch screen and cash drawer attachments. Pole display and receipt printer are also available.

Easy to use features offer quick drink building capabilities. To order touch in the cup size and number of shots, type of drink and the price is instantly calculated and displayed. Add food items or non-espresso drinks, then ring up your customer from the attached cash drawer.

Stored Value Cards are fully integrated to afford you all the customer retention benefits, while eliminating costly terminal and transaction fees. All transactions are kept on your own POS computer system. Cards are permanent reusable magnetic cards with your logo on them, and may be used three different ways.

Prepay Account System allows your customer to have a no-hassle tab. Take any amount of money at once from your customer, then on future visits pick the customer from the pull-down or swipe their card and the amount is deducted from their tab.

Customer Loyalty System allows you to reward frequent customers with free drinks. The system will automatically count all espresso drinks purchased and award the customer a free drink when they reach the user-defined total of purchased drinks. Integrates with the prepay system to allow awarding free drinks to prepaid customers as well.

Gift Cards - your customer buys a card with a dollar amount they desire and give it as a gift. The gift recipient uses the card to purchase drinks on account. When the original gift amount is depleted, encourage them to recharge the card.

Bar code compatibility allows you to scan bar coded items for quick entry.

5 Screens of 66 customizable buttons allow you to organize the register in and easy-t0-use button mode.

Integrated credit card processing allows you to swipe a credit card and receive authorization directly from the checkout screen. The full-featured PC-Charge Pro for Windows software is included, replacing your old-fashioned credit card terminal. All daily batching, reporting, credits, etc. are available.

Integrated Time Clock from the Main Menu or the Register Screen. An Employee can simply select the Check In / Out Button and Clock in and out. The system allows for multiple Check-ins and outs during a shift. Our Employee Hours Summary assists you in calculating how many hours an employee has worked for time-saving payroll.

Comprehensive reporting including sales reports and Z / X-reports, sales tax, and inventory listings. Export reports to Word or Excel documents, email or HTML pages.

Run multiple registers that share one common database using the Windows built-in networking capabilities. Run reports and manage the register from a back office computer. Multi Location Headquarters System - Consolidate your data from multiple store locations using our Headquarters Module. Use this to support customer cards that can be used at any of your locations.

Built in Backup function allows you to backup the register data onto floppy disk or Zip Disk.
