One little correction: If you use Coffee Shop Manager’s Text Barista you CAN allow your customers to pay when they place their order and NOT require them to stand in line.

As one add-on to this article, you can use all of the customer prepaid and loyalty functionality in CSM with
or without the cards. Some of our customers love the functionality but do not require their regulars to
present their cards. One example is of an 11 location CSM customer, focused in hospitals: The staff wear
badges, so there is little risk of selecting the wrong customer, and medical staff typically do not carry
wallets or purses around at work. It works great for everyone!
