CUSTOMER LOYALTY STORED VALUE CARDS
Stored Value Cards are an important customer retention tool and are integrated right into the Coffee Shop Manager.
Our customer loyalty cards are printed with your stores logo or text on plastic magnetic swipe cards. Use these with the Coffee Shop Manager three different ways:
- Prepaid Account - accept any dollar amount in advance, allowing the customer to charge purchases on subsequent visits
(increase customer frequency and average ticket).
- Gift Card - A customer may purchase a card for any dollar amount and give the card as a gift
(get new customers).
- Frequent Buyer tracking - the customers purchases are tracked by the computer allowing automatic accumulation of free coffees as they purchase drinks
(improve customer loyalty).
All 3 functions smoothly integrate to allow you to use the same card over and over for the customer. When a gift card is used up, the customer can elect to continue using the card by putting money on account.
Unlike other Stored Value Cards, the money is taken at the cash register and goes to the bank with your regular funds. No leasing of additional terminals, monthly fees, dial up authorization or waiting for funds to transfer is required.
You are not required to use a specific
merchant services provider for your cards to work with Coffee
Shop Manager in either a single or multi-store environment, unlike many
of our competitors.
When using cards, the average ticket tends to be driven up as customers tend to spend more when no cash changes hands. Customer service is increased and lines move faster. There are fewer fraud problems than associated with cash or checks. The card system can also generate a large cash float for your business, as customers place money on account. Reporting capabilities allow you to get a more detailed view of customer purchasing behavior. |
